Your last day with us

This is where all of your planning becomes a reality: your safari starts now. Tanzania is such a wonderful country when it comes to wildlife and beautiful landscapes. After we greet you and answer any questions you might have, we’ll take great pleasure in taking you out and showing you what we mean.
Explore Moshi, which is a starting point for excursions to Mt Kilimanjaro and safari areas, and also worth a visit in its own right. Expect restaurants, busy markets and, when the clouds clear, good views of Mt Kilimanjaro away to the north of Moshi.

Activities Day 1

Upon arrival
– Airport Pickup & Transfer, Springlands Hotel
Afternoon
– Pre-Safari Briefing & Relaxation, Springlands Hotel

Accommodation Day 1

Springland Hotel

Springland Hotel will be your base on this leg of your trip.

Meal Plan

Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

In the busy provincial town of Karatu, with its constant stream of passing tourist traffic, the many places to stay mean you can rest from life on the road here. It’s big enough to have banks, shops (for both supplies and souvenirs) and a few roadside restaurants where locals eat.

Activities Day 2

Morning & noon
– Game drive tarangire national park, Tarangire National Park
Afternoon
– Transfer by Road, Tarangire National Park to Highview Coffee Lodge

Accommodation Day 2

Highview Coffee Lodge

When you stay at Highview Coffee Lodge, you’re in a good location to enjoy this leg of your trip.

Meal Plan

Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Unesco World Heritage–listed Serengeti National Park will almost certainly be one of the highlights of your safari, and it’s the kind of place that very quickly becomes a favorite. That’s partly because of the wildlife: this is one of the best places anywhere to see lions, leopards and cheetahs. Although every big cat sighting is special, they’re only a part of the story here: there’s a good chance you’ll also see elephants, zebras, giraffes, wildebeest, buffaloes and spotted hyenas and much more. Many travelers’ love affair with the Serengeti is also because of its landscapes: expect vast savannah grasslands, acacia trees and pretty hill country.

Activities Day 3

Morning
– Transfer by Road, Karatu via Olduvai Gorge to Serengeti National Park
Afternoon
– Historical Visit, Olduvai Gorge

Accommodation Day 3

Ikoma Wild Camp

Bordering Serengeti National Park without fences At Ikoma Wild Camp, you’re perfectly placed to enjoy Serengeti National Park.

Meal Plan

Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

You’re going to be exploring the extraordinary heart of the Serengeti. Here in the Central Serengeti is where wildlife populations are largest, and it’s especially good for seeing all three big cats. It’s here also that you get to experience the classic savannah grasslands and acacia trees that are the signature landscapes of the East African safari.

Activities Day 4

All Day
– Full Day Game drive, Serengeti National Park

Accommodation Day 4

Serengeti Wild Camp

Inside Central Serengeti National Park
You’ll see lots of animals when you stay at Serengeti Wild Camp. That’s because the camp lies in the wildlife-filled central area of the Serengeti, but a little bit away from the other camps in the area. The large safari tents let you watch animals pass by during the day and keep you safe as you listen to the sounds of wildlife at night.
